Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with end-to-end recruitment, posting job adverts, conducting phone screens and reference checks, assisting in coordination of interviews.
Timely and accurate processing of transactions to support better customer care and service.
Relating comfortably and building working relationships with people across all levels, functions and locations.
Planning and aligning work to meet commitments are aligned with organisational goals.
Making good and timely decisions that keep the organisation moving forward.
Developing and maintaining systems and processes, with particular focus on the ELMO platform.
